I just happened to read an article about sausages in the UK, and it mentioned that breadcrumbs are a common/necessary/desirable ingredient. Yipes! Is that common in sausage? I've always assumed it was meat + fat and therefore "paleo safe". I don't have any problem reading labels when I buy packaged sausage, or grilling the folks at the meat counter when I buy fresh sausage- and I will from now on - but now I'm worried about ordering sausage in a restaurant. Just one more reason to eat bacon I guess!
