Here is the workout we have decided to do before and after the challenge to measure your progress. You can do it on your own during open gym OR do it with a group on either February 11 at 5 or 6pm, or February 13 at 11am. If you have yet to do your "before" metrics/pictures we will also be doing them on those days.
*31 reps of the following (in honor of the 31 days of the March challenge):
Box jumps 20"
Pull ups
Wall balls 20/14
Sit ups
KB swings 1.5/1 pd
Burpees
Note: if you have to scale anything before, you will use the same scaling to do the after workout.
