Attitude Towards Paleo Diet

Let me first describe the Paleo Challenge workout. I've never felt worse after a CrossFit workout than I did last night after 31 reps of repeating torture. I must have laid on the ground trying to catch my breath for 20 minutes.
For some reason my body really responded to this diet. Normally, my body does not react to outside forces such as this. I would eat whatever I wanted and nothing ever changed. Something different happened here as you can see from the pictures. I MUST continue the diet in some form or fashion because that is what my body wants and needs. The hardest parts for me are the non-dairy components. I will most likely relapse with some cheese on my omelets and sugar in my coffee. Other than that, I can see myself going forward and progressing with the diet and its results at the gym and otherwise.
