1) Lose about 10lbs (don't really care about lbs per say, but I REALLY need to "lean-out")
2) cut 2 minutes from my challenge work-out time
3) move down a band size for pull-ups & be able to do at least ONE unassisted pull-up
4) be diligent in keeping my food & work-out log
