Feb 14 -- 167.8
Feb 19 -- 167.0
Feb 26 -- 166.6
Mar 5 -- 165.8

Mar 26 -- 165.4
Mar 31 -- 164.2
total weight loss = 6.6 pounds. Lost about an inch on the waist and a half inch in hips, chest stayed the same.

Sunday, Feb 14 -- paleo "31" benchmark in 11:41
Wednesday, Mar 31 -- paleo "31" benchmark in 9:47

Other notable PRs:
Mar 21 -- "Cindy", 18 rounds + 3 air squats (old PR was 18 rounds + 3 pullups, in January of 2010)
Mar 24 -- "Murph", 38:35 (old PR was 53:53, in August of 2008, Murph in March of 2009 was 58:17)

Your weight dropped so steadily - it would be cool to see it on a graph! Congrats on your great metrics and performance results.

Awesome work on the Paleo Challenge, Steve! You ate appropriately and gained tremendously in the workouts. That Murph PR is huge.
